Editing for Fiction & Non-Fiction

Below are several recent editing projects I’ve handled. These are highlights. Many of the pieces I’ve worked on over the years were done as ‘ghost’ projects. I’ve also worked for years as a screenwriting ghost editor, but those all have NDAs attached to them. If you’re interested in having me edit a piece of yours, please contact me through this site. Thank you for reading.

“John was amazing! He really helped me get my manuscript to industry standard as I sent it to publishers! He was quick, efficient, polite, professional and just overall great! I hope to work with him again in the future!” — George Morris De’Ath

“Just want to give a public shout-out to my friend John Palisano. He helped me edit my upcoming SHADOWDAYS book, and improved the language (and sometimes the intent behind the language) quite a bit. It felt really great to have somebody with his talents take a close look at it and comb through it, even catching sensitivity issues and stuff like that. If you’re needing an editor, you can’t go wrong with this guy. THANK YOU, JOHN!!!!” — Polly Schattel
